Here at RedStorm GunDogs in Harmony, North Carolina, we breed loyal dogs for hunters and families who want to have new, loving addition to their homes. Our devoted facility provides exceptional Labrador retrievers that vary in color, size, and personality, specializing in fox red Labradors and Wirehaired Pointing Griffons.

What Sets Us Apart

Keeping our breeding standards high is our commitment, and bettering the Labrador Retriever and Wirehaired Pointing Griffon bloodlines further is our goal. The bloodlines consists of:

  • AKC Master Hunters
  • UKC Hunting Retriever Champions
  • APLA Grand Master Pointing Retrievers
  • Field Trial Champions From the United States And Canada
  • NAVHDA Natural Ability Test, Utility Test, and Versatile Champions

Additionally, unlike most kennels today, all of our Labrador puppies join your homes with dual registration in AKC and UKC, and our wirehaired pointing griffons have registration with AKC and NAVHDA, a convenient standard for the new owner.

Meet the Family

RedStorm Gundogs is owned and operated by Luke Davis.  I have a beautiful wife Mary and a daughter named Lyla-Mae. We are a Christian family who gives God the glory, for He is the one that makes all things possible.

In our house, we put God first, family second, and work third. We live in Iredell County, North Carolina, where RedStorm GunDogs started in 2008. Our Labradors are a huge part of our family and hold a special place in our lives and hearts, and the bond that we share with our dogs is unbreakable. Together, we spend many hours of the day and night hunting, training, watching movies, and sleeping in late when we can.

An Overview of Our Dog Breeding and Training Facility

Additionally, we specialize in breeding fox red Labradors and wirehaired pointing griffons, hoping to improve their bloodlines and placing them in hunting and loving homes. You can trust that we have the knowledge and experience to train hunting dogs and breed happy and healthy puppies.

A Little Bit About Luke and His Love for Dogs

Luke’s passion for retrievers and pointers began when he felt the need to have a loyal companion in the duck blind and upland field. Once he found a partner, hunting would never be the same as he could never go without his Labrador retriever or wirehaired pointing Griffon!

Breeding Happy and Healthy Puppies

Each RedStorm GunDog Labrador Retriever we breed varies in shades; from light yellow, fox red with blonde highlights, all the way to a deep, dark, fox red. They carry a 25-month health guarantee that covers any genetic issue with the puppy’s hips, elbows, and eyes. This also covers genetic diseases such as Exercise-Induced Collapse (EIC) and Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM).
